The boatyard office is handled by Raquel Edwards. A Grenadian national, Raquel brings over 12 years of experience in customer relations, office administration and procedures. As the office manager, Raquel coordinates the general administration of the boatyard, working closely with the project management team to organize and schedule projects, and liaise with the customers.

The Office staff also includes Vernel - Purchasing, Klefrin - Accounts, Clyde - Audit, Ezra - Clerk, Andre - Stores,  Devon - Office Attendant, Anderson - Customs Broker and Ricky - IT/Network Admin.

Grenada Marine is secured by 24-hour security officers, within in a fenced and gated yard.
