This department is headed by Dietmar Zuber, an expatriate German national. As a qualified engineer Dietmar brings over thirty years of experience in metal work design and fabrication. Having worked in Europe for years, with companies such as Porsche, Dietmar opted for a change of pace, opening his own shop at Tardieu Marine in Chagaramas, Trinidad, prior to moving to Grenada in 1999.
Dietmar’s specialty is custom designed and crafted pieces such as davit arches, bimini frames, ladders, bow sprits and swim platforms. His experienced technicians work in stainless steel and aluminum, utilising MIG, TIG and acetylene welding.
